Terms of Use
Welcome to the Infinity 2 Capital B.V. (“Infinity,” “we,” “us”) website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our regulatory obligations, or applicable law. The version in effect at the time of your visit applies. We recommend checking back periodically.
Intellectual Property. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Infinity 2 Capital or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You’re welcome to view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all copyright notices intact. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, or use any part of this site for public or commercial purposes without our prior written consent, and you may not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the site. We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access at our discretion.
Accuracy of Information. We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it reflects a specific point in time and may not always be updated immediately. You should not rely solely on website content when making decisions, and we accept no liability for actions taken based on it. We take reasonable steps to keep the site secure and functional but cannot guarantee it will always be free of technical issues, including malicious software. We may, at our discretion, monitor site activity for security or operational purposes.
External Links. This site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, products, or services offered on those sites.
Restricted Content. Certain areas of this site are password-protected and intended only for existing investors. Access to and use of that content is governed by the relevant fund documentation and confidentiality obligations, not by these general Terms.
Not a Job Offer. References to roles, careers, or team information on this site do not constitute an offer of employment.
International Visitors. This website is intended for visitors where its content is lawful to distribute. If you access it from another jurisdiction, you’re responsible for complying with your local laws.
No Warranty. Content on this site — including opinions, forecasts, or descriptions of our approach — is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Important Investment Disclosures. The information on this site is general in nature and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or investment product. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Certain statements on this site may be forward-looking and are based on assumptions that involve inherent risks and uncertainties; actual outcomes may differ materially. Where information is drawn from third-party sources, we believe those sources to be reliable but do not independently guarantee their accuracy.
Client Identification & Compliance. To meet our anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing obligations, we may be required to verify your identity — including name, date of birth, address, and identification details — before engaging with you as a client, or, where relevant, the equivalent information for the entity you represent. We reserve the right to restrict or decline services where this information cannot be verified.
Conflicts of Interest. Infinity 2 Capital and its affiliates may, from time to time, engage in activities that could give rise to conflicts of interest with clients. Our team and affiliates are expected to act in clients’ best interests and to disclose any potential conflicts arising from outside activities, which require our prior written approval.
Investment Risk. All investments carry risk. We strongly encourage anyone considering an investment to consult an independent, qualified financial adviser first. Past performance does not predict future results, and the value of an investment — including the possibility of a total loss of principal — can go down as well as up.
Eligible Investors. Our investment offerings are directed at institutional and professional investors who meet applicable eligibility criteria, given the long-term, illiquid nature of private market investments. Investors should be prepared for the possibility of losing their full investment.
Complaints. We take client satisfaction seriously. If you have a concern, please contact us in writing with a description of the issue and your contact details; we aim to respond within two weeks. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may request a further review by registered letter — we’ll aim to provide a substantive reply within two weeks, and will let you know if more time is needed.
